You will list the property with us as the seller, and we will work together to find an "end-buyer" to purchase the property after we've completed negotiations.
Once we've settled on a fair amount with the lender(s), and you've found the eventual buyer of the property, we'll schedule a "back to back closing" where we'll use our cash to buy the property, then resell it on the same day to the end-buyer you've found for the property.
We'll close the deal and you get paid a 4% COMMISSION for listing the property, and the buyers agent (maybe you?) gets another 3%!
